The best LinkedIn scraping tools

LinkedIn and Sales Navigator scraping tools turn a saved search into a clean, exportable list of contacts with verified emails and phones. We grouped the eight best by job: one-click Sales Nav scrapers and finders, multi-source no-code automation, and developer scraping platforms.

The short answer

Pick by what you are trying to do

There is no single best tool, only the best for a job. Here is where to start in six common situations, with the full reasoning further down.

How we picked

A practitioner read, not a reposted directory

This list covers tools a lean, early-stage team would actually run, with every price checked on the tool's own site in June 2026. We left out Proxycurl (shut down in July 2025 after LinkedIn's lawsuit) and Captain Data (now API-only, out of the lean tier), and skipped near-duplicate email finders once Wiza and Findymail covered that job.

We run outbound on several of these tools every week, so the read on each one comes from using it, not from a spec sheet.

What this list is, and is not

  • Pricing verified on each tool's own site, June 2026
  • Ratings are live G2, Capterra, or Trustpilot scores, linked and checked June 2026
  • No affiliate links and no paid placements
  • Built for lean, early-stage teams, not enterprise buyers
  • Honest about where each tool is the wrong call

The real split

Three jobs, three kinds of tool

Scraping tools fall into three buckets by how hands-on they are. Pick the bucket that matches your job first, then the tool inside it.

One-click Sales Navigator scrapers and finders

Evaboot, Wiza, Lix, Findymail

These take a Sales Navigator or LinkedIn search and hand you a clean list with verified emails and phones in a few clicks.

Use it when your lists come straight out of Sales Navigator and you want clean output fast.

Multi-source no-code automation

PhantomBuster, TexAu, Bardeen

These scrape LinkedIn and dozens of other sources through prebuilt recipes you chain together without writing code.

Use it when scraping is one step in a larger workflow you want to run on a schedule.

Developer scraping platforms

Apify

This is the build-it-yourself tier, where you run and schedule scrapers at scale through an actor marketplace and API.

Use it when you have engineers and need programmable scraping at scale.

Credit-slider plans run from Solo at $9 to $79 and Pro at $139 to $399 a month, with a one-time 100-credit free trial.

02

Wiza

Where it shines

Bottom line

A strong all-rounder when you want one tool for both LinkedIn exports and ongoing email and phone lookups.

Visit Wiza
03

Lix

4.4 G2 10+ Sales Nav export + API

A low-cost export tool that also exposes a LinkedIn data API, so the same data serves both list pulls and code.

Best for

Researchers and builders who want lean LinkedIn exports plus a data API to pull profiles programmatically.

Pricing (Jun 2026)

A free Starter tier gives 50 credits and 1,000 exports a month, with paid Leads and Data Plus plans on top and API credits from $49.

Where it shines

It pairs a browser export tool with a LinkedIn data API, so the same data is available for both list pulls and code.

Skip it if

You want a polished, mainstream tool with heavy review volume, since Lix is smaller and less proven than the bigger names here.

Bottom line

Worth a look when you want a low-cost export tool that also exposes an API for research or light automation.

Visit Lix
04

Findymail

4.9 G2 50+ Email finder

Pick it when deliverability matters most: you only pay for emails it verifies, and it exports LinkedIn and Sales Nav searches.

Best for

Outbound teams who want verified-only billing and to export Sales Nav or Sales Nav lists into clean contacts.

The Starter plan is $99 a month for 5,000 finder credits with verified-only billing, plus a custom Enterprise tier and 10 free credits to test.

Where it shines

You only pay for emails it verifies, and it exports LinkedIn and Sales Nav searches while keeping your list deliverable.

Skip it if

You need a cheap entry point, since the $99 floor is steep for low-volume users next to pay-as-you-go finders.

Bottom line

Pick it when email deliverability matters most and you would rather pay only for results that pass verification.

Visit Findymail

Where it shines

Its library of prebuilt Phantoms covers far more than LinkedIn, so you can chain scraping and enrichment into one flow.

Skip it if

You only need clean Sales Nav exports, since the execution-hour model and setup are overkill for that single job.

Plans are Basic $10 a month for 100 credits and Premium $50 a month for 1,000 credits, with a free tier of 100 credits a month.

Where it shines

It runs as a browser extension that scrapes pages and fires automations on triggers, with a generous free tier to start.

Skip it if

You need a vendor actively maintaining the product, since its G2 profile has gone quiet and credit costs draw complaints.

Bottom line

A low-cost pick for solo users who want browser-driven scraping tied into personal automations.

How to choose

What should you pick?

Find your situation below and start with the tool next to it. It is a sensible starting point, not the only right answer.

Use Evaboot for clean one-click exports, or Wiza if you also want a built-in finder.

Email deliverability is your top concern

Choose Findymail so you only pay for emails that pass verification.

You want one tool for exports and ongoing lookups

Wiza covers Sales Nav exports plus standalone email and phone finding.

You have engineers and need scale

Apify gives you programmable scrapers and scheduling through an API.

Putting it together

How to build your stack

It depends on your list size and channels. Three common steps, and the tool matters less than the list and the timing.

1
Source

Start in Sales Navigator or LinkedIn and pull the list with Evaboot, Wiza, or Lix.

2
Enrich and verify

Run the list through Findymail or your finder so emails are verified before they hit a sequence.

3
Automate the repeat

Once a list works, rebuild it on a schedule with PhantomBuster, TexAu, or Apify.

Want a second pair of hands? We audit setups and run the whole motion for early-stage teams.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is scraping LinkedIn or Sales Navigator allowed?
LinkedIn's terms prohibit automated scraping, and enforcement is real in 2026. Proxycurl shut down in July 2025 after LinkedIn sued it, so account-safety and terms-of-service risk are genuine. Cloud tools that scrape through your logged-in account carry the most exposure, so use conservative limits and treat any single LinkedIn account as expendable.
How much do LinkedIn scraping tools cost?
Entry prices range from free tiers and $9 to $10 a month up to $99 a month for verified-only finders. Most tools bill on credits or execution time, so your real cost depends on volume. Remember that one-click Sales Nav scrapers like Evaboot also need a paid Sales Navigator subscription on top, which adds around $100 a month.
What is the difference between a scraper and an email finder?
A scraper pulls the profile and company data from a LinkedIn or Sales Nav search into a list. A finder takes those profiles and returns verified work emails and phone numbers. Tools like Wiza and Findymail do both, while PhantomBuster and Apify focus on the scraping and pass enrichment to other steps.
Will scraping get my LinkedIn account banned?
It can, especially with high daily volume or cloud tools that automate your logged-in session. LinkedIn watches for patterns that look non-human and may restrict or ban accounts. Keep volumes low, prefer tools that export rather than auto-act, and never run scraping from an account you cannot afford to lose.
Do I need Sales Navigator to use these tools?
Some of them, yes. Evaboot requires an active Sales Navigator subscription to read your searches, and Wiza and Lix work best with one. Browser and developer tools like Bardeen and Apify can scrape public LinkedIn pages without it, though Sales Nav gives you far better filtering for list-building.
How is this different from LinkedIn automation tools?
This guide is about scraping and exporting clean lists, not sending outreach. LinkedIn automation tools send connection requests and messages, which carries separate and often higher account risk. Use a scraper to build the list, then move the contacts into a dedicated outreach tool rather than acting on LinkedIn directly.
