The basics

What each tool actually is

Findymail

Verified-only finder, low-bounce

A B2B email and phone finder built around bulk LinkedIn and Sales Navigator exports and Clay workflows. It sells on a hard sub-5% bounce guarantee and verified-only billing, and ships native connectors to most CRMs and senders. Best for high-volume outbound where keeping bounce near zero is the priority.

Visit Findymail

Wiza

All-in-one prospect finder

A Sales Navigator export tool that also reveals phone numbers and runs live SMTP verification. It increasingly behaves like a broader platform: it works on Sales Nav, Recruiter, and regular LinkedIn profiles, carries an 850M-prospect database, and ships an API, CRM sync, and a job-change monitor. Billed per user. Best for teams that need phones and reach beyond a pure scraper.

Feature checklist

What each one can and cannot do

A capability check, scored the same way for both tools.

Capability Findymail Wiza
Email finding
Email verification verified-only live SMTP
Phone numbers Limited non-EU only direct dials and cell
Sales Nav export bulk extension
Chrome extension
Searchable database Limited 850M+ claimed
Verified-only billing single and bulk on emails
Job-change monitor
API access
Clay-native
Native CRM sync most CRMs SF, HubSpot, Pipedrive
Built-in outreach

"Limited" means available but not a core strength. Findymail's phone data is non-EU only and it does not ship a standing searchable database the way Wiza does.

Ratings & reviews

What real users say

Public review scores and the themes that come up most, checked June 2026. Counts drift, so the live links are the source of truth.

Findymail

Praised for: accuracy and low bounce, ease of use, and responsive support.

Watch-outs: a lower enrichment hit rate so more empties, limited firmographic data, and data that decays over time.

Wiza

Praised for: phone-number coverage alongside emails, a smooth Sales Nav export-to-CRM flow, and verified emails with low bounce rates.

Watch-outs: credits that deplete fast on bulk exports, a high all-in cost once you add Sales Navigator, and phone-number accuracy that is more variable than email.

Read the scores in context. Findymail's high scores sit on smaller samples, 56 on G2 and 30 on Capterra, while Wiza's 4.5 rests on a much larger G2 base of 1,116 reviews. A higher average on a small sample is not the same as a more proven one, so Wiza's is the more battle-tested number. Weigh the sample size, not just the average.

The deciding factors

Where each one actually wins

Six things separate these tools in practice. Here is the honest call on each.

Email accuracy and low bounce

Edge: Findymail

Findymail is built around a hard sub-5% bounce guarantee and verified-only billing, and reviewers single out accuracy and low bounce as its strongest point. Wiza also verifies emails with live SMTP checks and claims 99% accuracy with low bounce, so both are strong here. The narrow edge goes to Findymail, where protecting deliverability is the entire product and the bounce promise is explicit.

Phone numbers

Edge: Wiza

Wiza returns direct dials and cell numbers alongside emails, at $0.35 per phone or unlimited on its annual Email plus Phone plan. Findymail does have phone data, but it is non-EU only and not the focus. If cold calling is part of the motion, Wiza will surface more numbers. One caveat: Wiza's phone accuracy is more variable than its email accuracy, so verify on your own segment.

Sales Navigator export workflow

Edge: Wiza

Both pull from Sales Navigator. Wiza is the smoother of the two, with a polished export-to-CRM flow that reviewers praise and native sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Outreach. Findymail leans on bulk Sales Nav exports you push into Clay or a sequencer, which suits batch operators but is less of a one-click in-tool experience.

Verified-only billing and cost control

Edge: Findymail

Findymail extends verified-only billing to bulk runs, with failed and duplicate lookups free, so you are not charged for misses. Wiza applies verified-only billing on emails too, but its credits can deplete fast on bulk exports and phones are a separate, pricier line. For a team watching every credit, Findymail's model bites less as volume climbs. This is the 2026 shift toward pay-per-result that Findymail is built around.

Scale and track record

Edge: Wiza

Wiza is the larger, more proven tool. It carries over 1,100 G2 reviews against Findymail's 56, and behaves more like a broad platform, with an 850M-prospect database, an API, and a job-change monitor. Findymail scores higher on average but on far fewer reviews, so Wiza's track record is more battle-tested across teams and use cases.

Firmographic and CRM data

Edge: Wiza

Wiza ships a searchable prospect database and richer record data, with native CRM sync to the major systems. Findymail is more of a focused finder: reviewers note limited firmographic data and a lower enrichment hit rate, so more rows come back empty. If you want deeper account data and a database to query, Wiza covers more ground.

Pricing

What each one costs in 2026

Verified from each official pricing page in June 2026. Read the seat model, not just the headline number.

Findymail

USD / credits
  • Starter
5,000 finder credits plus 5,000 verifier credits
    $99/mo
  • Enterprise
    Volume pricing, dedicated manager
    Custom
  • Datacare
    CRM enrichment, billed annually
    from $500/mo

10-credit free trial, no card, no permanent free plan. Annual billing adds about two months free. Credits: 1 per email, 10 per mobile, charged only on a verified result, with failed and duplicate lookups free.

Wiza

USD / per user
  • Email (monthly)
    500 valid emails/mo, $0.15 extra each
    $99/mo
  • Email (annual)
Unlimited email reveals; phones $0.35 each
    ~$83/mo
  • Email + Phone (annual)
    Unlimited emails and phones
    ~$166/mo

Free plan: 20 emails, 5 phones, one-time. Annual prices billed yearly ($990 and $1,990/yr). Verified-only email billing. Team plan is Custom (reported, not published).

True cost at scale. The value metrics are not directly comparable. Findymail meters credits and charges only for verified results, so a hard-to-find list does not burn budget on misses. Wiza bills per user and includes unlimited email reveals on its annual plans, which can be cheaper per email for a high-volume team, but phones are always the pricier line at $0.35 each. Both assume a paid Sales Navigator seat for the core export, so factor that into either total.

The honest gap

What neither tool does well

Both are finders and verifiers, so they share the same blind spots. Worth knowing before you expect either to carry your whole motion.

A large searchable database

Neither is a deep prospecting database on its own. You supply the list or the Sales Nav search, and they find the contacts.

Running the outreach

Neither sends email or sequences a campaign. You still need a sender or sequencer downstream to actually reach people.

Knowing who is in-market

They give you contacts, not timing. Neither tells you which accounts are in-market right now. That is targeting, not finding.

Need a sender once you have the contacts? See our best cold email tools for 2026. Want the right accounts found and timed for you? That is the signal-based outbound we run.

How we'd choose

Our take, after running both

The choice is mostly about what you optimize for, not a feature count. Here is how we'd call it in three situations.

1
Email accuracy and cost control lead, pick Findymail

Verified-only billing that extends to bulk and a sub-5% bounce promise keep deliverability and spend tight on hard lists.

2
You need phones and a smooth Sales Nav flow, pick Wiza

Direct dials, a polished export-to-CRM workflow, and a much larger track record make Wiza the safer broad-platform bet.

3
Either way, pair it with a sender

Neither runs outreach. Feed the verified contacts into a dedicated sender or sequencer, and keep the finder for the data layer.

Not sure which fits? We run signal-based outbound for early-stage teams and will tell you straight.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Is Findymail or Wiza better?
Neither is better outright. Findymail is the email-first, verified-only finder built for low bounce and tight cost control, so you pay only for emails it verifies. Wiza is the broader, more proven tool: it adds phone numbers, a smooth Sales Navigator export-to-CRM flow, and far more reviews. Pick Findymail if email accuracy and cost control lead; pick Wiza if you need phones and a polished Sales Nav workflow.
Does Findymail provide phone numbers?
Findymail is email-first and its phone data is limited, with non-EU coverage only. Wiza is the tool that leans into phones, returning direct dials and cell numbers alongside emails. If cold calling is part of your motion, Wiza will surface more numbers, though its phone accuracy is more variable than its email accuracy.
Which is cheaper, Findymail or Wiza?
Findymail's Starter plan is $99 a month for 5,000 finder plus 5,000 verifier credits, charged only on verified results. Wiza's Email plan is $99 per user a month monthly, dropping to about $83 per user on annual billing with unlimited email reveals. A heavy email-only team may find Wiza's unlimited annual plan cheaper per email; a leaner team with controlled volume often pays less on Findymail. Both verified June 2026.
What does verified-only billing mean?
It means you are charged a credit only when the tool returns a valid, verified email. Both Findymail and Wiza apply this, which keeps you from paying for empty results. It is part of why both tend to land low bounce rates, and it is the billing model the industry is shifting toward in 2026, pay for results rather than for attempts.
Do both tools need LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Both are built around LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, so a paid Sales Nav seat is part of the real cost for the core export workflow. Findymail leans on bulk Sales Nav exports you push into Clay or a sequencer. Wiza runs as an extension on Sales Nav and can also prospect from its own database and regular LinkedIn profiles, so it depends on Sales Nav slightly less.
Which has better reviews, Findymail or Wiza?
Findymail scores higher on average, 4.9 on G2 and 4.8 on Capterra, but on smaller samples of 56 and 30 reviews. Wiza sits at 4.5 on G2 across 1,116 reviews and 4.3 on Capterra. A higher average on a small sample is not the same as a more proven one, so Wiza's 4.5 is the more battle-tested number. Weigh the sample size, not just the average.
Can Findymail or Wiza replace a lead database or run my outreach?
Not really. Neither is a large searchable database, so you supply the list or the Sales Nav search and they find and verify the contacts. Neither runs outreach either, so you still need a sequencer or sender downstream. They are finders and verifiers, not a full outbound engine. See our best cold email tools guide for the sending layer.
