Findymail vs Wiza
Both pull verified contact data off LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, but they optimize differently: Findymail is email-first with verified-only billing, Wiza is the broader, more proven tool that adds phone numbers. Here is how they compare on accuracy, billing, workflow, pricing, and reviews.

What each tool actually is
Findymail
A B2B email and phone finder built around bulk LinkedIn and Sales Navigator exports and Clay workflows. It sells on a hard sub-5% bounce guarantee and verified-only billing, and ships native connectors to most CRMs and senders. Best for high-volume outbound where keeping bounce near zero is the priority.
Visit FindymailWiza
A Sales Navigator export tool that also reveals phone numbers and runs live SMTP verification. It increasingly behaves like a broader platform: it works on Sales Nav, Recruiter, and regular LinkedIn profiles, carries an 850M-prospect database, and ships an API, CRM sync, and a job-change monitor. Billed per user. Best for teams that need phones and reach beyond a pure scraper.

"Limited" means available but not a core strength. Findymail's phone data is non-EU only and it does not ship a standing searchable database the way Wiza does.
What real users say
Public review scores and the themes that come up most, checked June 2026. Counts drift, so the live links are the source of truth.
Findymail
Praised for: accuracy and low bounce, ease of use, and responsive support.
Watch-outs: a lower enrichment hit rate so more empties, limited firmographic data, and data that decays over time.
Wiza
Praised for: phone-number coverage alongside emails, a smooth Sales Nav export-to-CRM flow, and verified emails with low bounce rates.
Watch-outs: credits that deplete fast on bulk exports, a high all-in cost once you add Sales Navigator, and phone-number accuracy that is more variable than email.
Read the scores in context. Findymail's high scores sit on smaller samples, 56 on G2 and 30 on Capterra, while Wiza's 4.5 rests on a much larger G2 base of 1,116 reviews. A higher average on a small sample is not the same as a more proven one, so Wiza's is the more battle-tested number. Weigh the sample size, not just the average.
Where each one actually wins
Six things separate these tools in practice. Here is the honest call on each.
Email accuracy and low bounce
Edge: FindymailFindymail is built around a hard sub-5% bounce guarantee and verified-only billing, and reviewers single out accuracy and low bounce as its strongest point. Wiza also verifies emails with live SMTP checks and claims 99% accuracy with low bounce, so both are strong here. The narrow edge goes to Findymail, where protecting deliverability is the entire product and the bounce promise is explicit.
Phone numbers
Edge: WizaWiza returns direct dials and cell numbers alongside emails, at $0.35 per phone or unlimited on its annual Email plus Phone plan. Findymail does have phone data, but it is non-EU only and not the focus. If cold calling is part of the motion, Wiza will surface more numbers. One caveat: Wiza's phone accuracy is more variable than its email accuracy, so verify on your own segment.
Sales Navigator export workflow
Edge: WizaBoth pull from Sales Navigator. Wiza is the smoother of the two, with a polished export-to-CRM flow that reviewers praise and native sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Outreach. Findymail leans on bulk Sales Nav exports you push into Clay or a sequencer, which suits batch operators but is less of a one-click in-tool experience.
Verified-only billing and cost control
Edge: FindymailFindymail extends verified-only billing to bulk runs, with failed and duplicate lookups free, so you are not charged for misses. Wiza applies verified-only billing on emails too, but its credits can deplete fast on bulk exports and phones are a separate, pricier line. For a team watching every credit, Findymail's model bites less as volume climbs. This is the 2026 shift toward pay-per-result that Findymail is built around.
Scale and track record
Edge: WizaWiza is the larger, more proven tool. It carries over 1,100 G2 reviews against Findymail's 56, and behaves more like a broad platform, with an 850M-prospect database, an API, and a job-change monitor. Findymail scores higher on average but on far fewer reviews, so Wiza's track record is more battle-tested across teams and use cases.
Firmographic and CRM data
Edge: WizaWiza ships a searchable prospect database and richer record data, with native CRM sync to the major systems. Findymail is more of a focused finder: reviewers note limited firmographic data and a lower enrichment hit rate, so more rows come back empty. If you want deeper account data and a database to query, Wiza covers more ground.

Unlimited email reveals; phones $0.35 each~$83/mo - Email + Phone (annual)

Free plan: 20 emails, 5 phones, one-time. Annual prices billed yearly ($990 and $1,990/yr). Verified-only email billing. Team plan is Custom (reported, not published).
True cost at scale. The value metrics are not directly comparable. Findymail meters credits and charges only for verified results, so a hard-to-find list does not burn budget on misses. Wiza bills per user and includes unlimited email reveals on its annual plans, which can be cheaper per email for a high-volume team, but phones are always the pricier line at $0.35 each. Both assume a paid Sales Navigator seat for the core export, so factor that into either total.
What neither tool does well
Both are finders and verifiers, so they share the same blind spots. Worth knowing before you expect either to carry your whole motion.
Neither is a deep prospecting database on its own. You supply the list or the Sales Nav search, and they find the contacts.
Neither sends email or sequences a campaign. You still need a sender or sequencer downstream to actually reach people.
They give you contacts, not timing. Neither tells you which accounts are in-market right now. That is targeting, not finding.
Need a sender once you have the contacts? See our best cold email tools for 2026. Want the right accounts found and timed for you? That is the signal-based outbound we run.
Our take, after running both
The choice is mostly about what you optimize for, not a feature count. Here is how we'd call it in three situations.
Verified-only billing that extends to bulk and a sub-5% bounce promise keep deliverability and spend tight on hard lists.
Direct dials, a polished export-to-CRM workflow, and a much larger track record make Wiza the safer broad-platform bet.
Neither runs outreach. Feed the verified contacts into a dedicated sender or sequencer, and keep the finder for the data layer.
Not sure which fits? We run signal-based outbound for early-stage teams and will tell you straight.
