Evaboot vs Wiza

Both export data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and find verified emails, but they lean different ways: Evaboot is the clean-export specialist, Wiza is the broader finder with phone numbers. Here is how they compare on data, channels, pricing, and reviews.

The 30-second verdict

Same Sales Nav export, different scope

Both export from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and verify emails, and both assume a paid Sales Nav seat for the core workflow. They split on how wide they reach.

Evaboot is the clean-export specialist

Filters out non-matching results, normalizes names and titles, finds and verifies emails, and outputs a ready-to-use CSV. Email-only, very low entry price.

Wiza is the broader finder

Adds phone numbers, an 850M-prospect database, an API, and CRM sync, and reaches beyond Sales Nav to regular LinkedIn profiles. Billed per user.

Pick Evaboot if
  • You want the cleanest Sales Nav export with verified emails
  • You are email-only and do not need phone numbers
  • You are price-sensitive or low-volume
Pick Wiza if
  • You need phone numbers as well as emails
  • You want CRM sync, an API, or a standalone database
  • You do enough volume to justify an unlimited annual plan

The basics

What each tool actually is

They overlap on the core job, exporting Sales Navigator lists with verified emails, then split on scope. One stays narrow and clean; the other reaches wider.

Evaboot

Clean Sales Nav export

A Chrome extension that sits on top of Sales Navigator. You run a search, click the button, and it extracts the list, drops results that do not match your filters, cleans up names, titles, and company names, and finds plus verifies emails into a ready CSV. Email-only, no phone numbers. Best for teams that want the cleanest export at the lowest entry cost.

Visit Evaboot

Wiza

All-in-one prospect finder

A Sales Navigator export tool that also reveals phone numbers and runs live SMTP verification. It increasingly behaves like a broader platform: it works on Sales Nav, Recruiter, and regular LinkedIn profiles, carries an 850M-prospect database, and ships an API, CRM sync, and a job-change monitor. Billed per user. Best for teams that need phones and reach beyond a pure scraper.

Feature checklist

What each one can and cannot do

A capability check, scored the same way for both tools.

Capability Evaboot Wiza
Sales Nav list export
Regular LinkedIn export Limited Sales-Nav-led profiles and search
Email finding
Email verification live SMTP
Phone numbers direct + cell
Data cleaning and formatting filters + normalizes Limited
Chrome extension
Internal prospect database 850M+
API access
Bulk export
Job-change monitoring Wiza Monitor
Native CRM sync Limited HubSpot, Zapier, Clay SF, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outreach

"Limited" means available but not a core strength. Evaboot leans on Zapier and Clay rather than deep native CRM sync, and its export is built around a live Sales Nav search rather than arbitrary LinkedIn profiles.

Ratings & reviews

What real users say

Public review scores and the themes that come up most, checked June 2026. The live links are the source of truth.

Evaboot

Praised for: clean, ready-to-use exports with non-matching results filtered out, plus one-click simplicity and a low entry price.

Watch-outs: billing friction, with some users reporting auto-enrollment in a recurring plan, and the narrow email-only, Sales-Nav-only scope.

Wiza

Praised for: phone-number coverage alongside emails, a smooth Sales Nav export-to-CRM flow, and verified emails with low bounce rates.

Watch-outs: credits that deplete fast on bulk exports, a high all-in cost with Sales Nav, and phone-number accuracy that is more variable than email.

Read the scores in context. Wiza carries a much larger G2 base than Evaboot, and both Capterra samples are smaller, so weigh the sample size alongside the score. The live links are the source of truth.

The deciding factors

Where each one actually wins

Six things separate these tools in practice. Here is the honest call on each.

Phone numbers vs clean data

Edge: depends

This is the heart of the comparison. Wiza adds phone numbers, the single biggest functional gap in Evaboot, so if you call as well as email, only one of these gives you a dialing list. Evaboot wins on output cleanliness: it filters out results that do not match your Sales Nav search and normalizes names, titles, and company names, so the CSV needs less manual work before it hits a sequencer. Different bottlenecks, different pick.

Reach beyond Sales Nav

Edge: Wiza

Evaboot's value is almost entirely tied to a live Sales Nav session. Wiza works on regular LinkedIn profiles and search, carries an 850M-prospect database you can query without Sales Nav, and ships an API and a job-change monitor. If you want to prospect outside Sales Nav or build lists from the tool itself, Wiza covers more ground.

Entry cost and simplicity

Edge: Evaboot

Evaboot starts at $9 a month for 100 credits on a single slider, the cheapest and most granular entry of the two, with a one-click workflow that is hard to get wrong. Wiza's unlimited tiers run $83 to $166 per user per month on annual billing, with a more layered set of plans. For a low-volume, email-only user, Evaboot is meaningfully cheaper and simpler.

Data accuracy

Edge: split

Both verify emails, and on email both are strong: Wiza markets 99% accuracy and under 1% bounce with live SMTP checks. Wiza's phone-number accuracy is the softer spot, commonly reported around 55 to 65% and weaker outside North America (a reported figure, not an official one). Evaboot's edge is the cleanliness of the export rather than a published accuracy number. Test on your own segment before committing.

Billing model at volume

Edge: depends

Evaboot meters everything as credits: 1 per lead exported and 1 per email found and verified, so cost scales linearly with volume. Wiza separates the two, with verified-only email billing (you pay only for valid emails) and phones priced separately at $0.35 each. A heavy email-only team can find Wiza's unlimited annual Email plan cheaper per email; a light team stays cheaper on Evaboot's slider.

Sales Nav dependency and ToS risk

Edge: tie

Both center on extracting data from Sales Navigator, so both need a paid Sales Nav seat for the core workflow and both carry the account-risk exposure that comes with any Sales Nav scraping tool. Neither removes that risk; it is a category-level constraint. Wiza softens the dependency a little with its standalone database, but the Terms-of-Service question applies to both.

Pricing

What each one costs in 2026

Verified from each official pricing page in June 2026. Read the billing model, not only the headline number.

Evaboot

USD / credit slider
  • Entry
100 credits/mo, full export and email finding
    $9/mo
  • Mid
Slider stops at 1,500 ($79) and 4,000 credits
    $139/mo
  • High
Up to 50,000 credits, then Custom above
    $699/mo

One-time 100-credit free trial, no recurring free plan. 1 lead with verified email costs 2 credits. Email-only, no phone cost. Annual billing reported to save up to ~17%.

Wiza

USD / per user
  • Email (monthly)
    500 valid emails/mo, $0.15 extra each
    $99/mo
  • Email (annual)
Unlimited email reveals; phones $0.35 each
    ~$83/mo
  • Email + Phone (annual)
    Unlimited emails and phones
    ~$166/mo

Free plan: 20 emails, 5 phones, one-time. Annual prices billed yearly ($990 and $1,990/yr). Verified-only email billing. Team plan is Custom (reported, not published).

True cost at scale. The value metrics are not directly comparable. Evaboot meters credits (exports plus emails), so a 4,000-credit plan at $139/mo yields roughly 2,000 fully enriched leads before you buy more. Wiza bills per user, and phones are always the pricier line at $0.35 each. Both add a mandatory Sales Navigator seat (about $99 to $149/user/mo). On Email + Phone, Wiza all-in reportedly reaches $265 to $315/user/mo; Evaboot's all-in floor for a solo user is roughly $108 and up, with no phone option to drive it higher.

The honest gap

What neither tool does well

Both are export and finder tools, so they share the same blind spots. Worth knowing before you expect either to carry your whole motion.

Sending and sequencing

Both hand you a clean list, but neither sends the emails. You still need a sequencer and dedicated infrastructure underneath.

Knowing who is in-market

They export who matches a filter, but neither tells you which accounts are buying right now. That is signal, not scraping.

Sales Nav dependency

Both lean on a paid Sales Navigator seat for the core export, and both carry LinkedIn Terms-of-Service risk you cannot design away.

Once the list is clean, you still need to send it. See our best cold email tools for 2026 for the sending layer. Want the right accounts found and timed for you instead? That is the signal-based outbound we run.

How we'd choose

Our take, after running both

The choice is mostly about whether you need phones and breadth, not a feature count. Here is how we'd call it in three situations.

1
Email-only and cost-sensitive, pick Evaboot

The cleanest export at the lowest entry price, with verified emails and almost no setup. For a solo founder or small team, it is hard to beat.

2
You need phones or breadth, pick Wiza

Phone numbers, a standalone database, CRM sync, and an API. For a team that calls as well as emails, the extra cost buys real reach.

3
Either way, plan for the sending layer

Both hand you a list, not a campaign. Pair either with a sequencer and sending infrastructure, and budget for the Sales Nav seat on top.

Not sure which fits? We run signal-based outbound for early-stage teams and will tell you straight.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What is the main difference between Evaboot and Wiza?
Evaboot is a focused Sales Navigator scraper that produces an unusually clean export with verified emails, but no phone numbers. Wiza does the Sales Nav export too, and adds phone numbers, a standalone prospect database, an API, and CRM integrations. Evaboot is clean and narrow; Wiza is broad with phones.
Do both tools need LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
For the core export workflow, yes. Both run as Chrome extensions on top of Sales Navigator, so a paid Sales Nav seat (roughly $99 to $149 per user per month) is part of the real cost. Wiza can also prospect from its internal database and regular LinkedIn profiles, so it depends on Sales Nav slightly less than Evaboot does.
Which is cheaper, Evaboot or Wiza?
For low-volume, email-only use, Evaboot is far cheaper, starting at $9 a month for 100 credits on a slider that scales to $699 a month. Wiza's unlimited plans run $83 to $166 per user per month on annual billing. A heavy email-only team may find Wiza's unlimited annual Email plan cheaper per email; a small team will pay much less on Evaboot.
Does Evaboot find phone numbers?
No. Evaboot is email-only: it exports leads, cleans the data, and finds plus verifies emails. If you need phone numbers, Wiza is the tool that provides them (direct dials and cell), at $0.35 per phone or unlimited on its Email plus Phone plan.
How accurate is the data?
Wiza claims 99% email accuracy and under 1% bounce with live SMTP verification, but its phone-number accuracy is more variable (commonly reported 55 to 65%, weaker outside North America). Evaboot's strength is data cleanliness: it filters out non-matching results and normalizes titles and company names, with emails found and verified before export. Verify accuracy on your own segment before committing.
How do credits work on each?
Evaboot uses one credit slider: 1 credit per lead exported and 1 credit per email found and verified (its page lists a lead with verified email at 2 credits). Wiza uses verified-only billing on emails (you are charged only for valid, verified emails) and prices phone reveals separately at $0.35 each, with unlimited reveals on its annual tiers.
Is there a free option on either?
Evaboot offers a one-time 100-credit free trial (no recurring free plan). Wiza has a free plan that includes 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers as a one-time allotment. Both let you test the export quality before paying.
