Who we are

Real Good GTM is run by its two founders from Courbevoie, France. For anything about your data, email hello@realgoodgtm.com and a founder will answer.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and roughly where visitors come from. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, it runs in consent mode and sets no analytics cookies; Google may still receive a small cookieless signal for each page view, including your IP address and the page address, which it uses for anonymous, aggregated and modelled counts. Elsewhere, it sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_MWSSNE7EPZ) that help count returning visits. Before a page address reaches Google Analytics, we remove everything from it except campaign tags (utm). It never tells us who you are.

Bookings. Our booking tool, Cal.com, only loads when you point at, tap or tab to a "Book a Fit Check" button. From then on, Cal.com receives the technical details your browser sends, such as your IP address and the page you are on. If you book a fit check, Cal.com stores your name, email and whatever you choose to share, and adds the meeting to our calendar. From the page address, we pass Cal.com only campaign tags, nothing else. Cal.com is a separate service with its own privacy policy.

Email. If you write to us, we keep the conversation. That's it.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, run ad-network trackers, or add you to lists you didn't ask for. Real good work doesn't need any of that.

Services we rely on

This site runs on a hosting provider (Cloudflare, which also runs our domain's DNS), serves its typefaces from our own servers rather than a third party, uses Cal.com for booking a fit check, and Google Analytics to understand how pages are used. Each processes only what it needs to do its job.

Like any host, Cloudflare handles the technical details your browser sends to load a page, such as your IP address. It also asks browsers to report back when a request to this site fails, such as a page or file that does not load (Network Error Logging), so it can spot network problems. Those reports go to Cloudflare, not to us, and Cloudflare says it keeps no personal data from them. We have switched off Cloudflare's own analytics script (Web Analytics), so it adds no tracking code to our pages.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One email to hello@realgoodgtm.com does it, no forms, no runaround. You can also complain to the CNIL, France's data protection authority.

Changes

If how we handle data changes, this page changes with it.
