Before Real Good GTM, Kshitij built the outbound himself, inside startups, from before there was a playbook to copy.
Kshitij has been the first business hire and Chief of Staff at startups like Mindflow, Buster.ai, and Inrō, owning growth from before product-market fit. The job was always the same: work out who a startup should actually sell to, then figure out how to reach them. Outbound, partnerships, and the whole GTM motion, built from nothing.
