The best signal and intent tools for 2026

Signal and intent tools surface which accounts and people are showing buying behavior right now, from a website visit to a job change or a post they engaged with. This guide covers 12 we trust, split into four groups by the signal they catch.

By Kshitij Maheshwari, co-founder · Updated June 2026

The short answer

Pick by the signal you want to catch

There is no single best tool, only the best for a job. Here is where to start in six common situations, with the full reasoning further down.

How we picked

A practitioner read, not a reposted directory

This list covers tools a lean, early-stage team would actually run, with every price checked on the tool's own site in June 2026. That scope is why we left out 6sense, Koala, HubSpot Breeze Intelligence, and Leadinfo, with the full reasoning in the FAQ below.

We run outbound on several of these tools every week, so the read on each one comes from using it, not from a spec sheet.

What this list is, and is not

  • Pricing verified on each tool's own site, June 2026
  • Ratings are live G2, Capterra, or Trustpilot scores, linked and checked June 2026
  • No affiliate links and no paid placements
  • Built for lean, early-stage teams, not enterprise buyers
  • Honest about where each tool is the wrong call

The real split

Which signal do you need to catch?

These tools differ less on quality than on the signal they catch. Decide what behavior you want to act on, and the category picks itself.

Person-level website de-anon

RB2B, Vector, Warmly

These reveal the individual visitor (name, LinkedIn, often email), not just the company, for US traffic.

Use it when your traffic is mostly US and you want to reach the named person who visited.

Company-level website de-anon

Leadfeeder / Dealfront, Albacross, Snitcher, Factors.ai

These match anonymous traffic to a company via reverse-IP and identity graphs, telling you which account visited rather than which person.

Use it when you want account-level visit data, especially in the EU where person-level reveal is restricted.

Job-change and champion tracking

UserGems, Champify, LoneScale

These watch your contacts and past champions for job changes and hiring signals so you can follow buyers into their new roles.

Use it when your best buyers are former customers and champions on the move.

Social buying signals

Trigify, Common Room

These monitor LinkedIn posts, engagement, and other public activity to surface people who are signalling intent in the open.

Use it when social engagement is where your buyers show their hand first.

The 12 tools

Grouped by the signal they catch

These are grouped by the signal they catch, not ranked one to twelve. Read the group that matches your situation.

Group A

Person-level website de-anonymization

These reveal the individual visitor (name, LinkedIn, often email), not just the company, for US traffic.

01

RB2B

4.5 G2 280+ Person-level de-anon

The fastest way to put named US visitors in front of your team. A person-level de-anon tool built to push matches straight to Slack, not a heavy platform to wire up.

Best for

US-focused teams that want named visitors pushed straight to Slack without a big platform.

Pricing (Jun 2026)

Free forever for 150 company-level resolutions; Starter $79/mo, Pro $149/mo, and Pro+ $199/mo for person-level resolutions with LinkedIn profiles, business emails, and integrations, all monthly with a 7-day trial.

Where it shines

Setup takes minutes, person-level matches land in Slack in real time, and the free tier lets you test it before paying.

Skip it if

Your traffic is mostly outside the US, where person-level coverage drops off sharply.

Bottom line

Go-to when you want the fastest, cheapest way to see which individuals hit your US site, with a free tier to prove it out first.

Visit RB2B
02

Vector

4.5 G2 26+ Person-level de-anon + ads

Person-level intent wired into paid media. It identifies contact-level visitors and feeds them to both outbound and ad audiences, not just an alert feed.

Best for

Teams that want person-level intent feeding both outbound and contact-level ad audiences.

Pricing (Jun 2026)

The Reveal plan runs from $399/mo for 2,500 identified visitors to $999/mo for 10,000 with a 14-day trial, and the separate Target plan for ad audiences starts at $3,000/mo.

Where it shines

It pairs contact-level de-anonymization with intent scoring and the ability to run ads against those identified contacts.

Skip it if

You only need basic visitor reveal, since the entry price sits well above RB2B for similar core de-anon.

Bottom line

Go-to when you want person-level identity wired into paid retargeting, not just a Slack alert.

Visit Vector
03

Warmly

4.6 G2 200+ Person-level de-anon + orchestration

Visitor identification with the follow-up motion attached. It de-anonymizes at both person and company level, then orchestrates chat, email, and ad outreach off those signals.

Best for

Teams that want visitor ID plus automated chat, email, and ad follow-up in one place.

Pricing (Jun 2026)

A free plan de-anonymizes up to 500 visitors a month; paid plans add AI orchestration and higher limits on sales-quoted annual contracts, with real spend around $1,000 to $2,000+/mo once seats and traffic are added.

Where it shines

It de-anonymizes at both person and company level (roughly 15% of people, 65% of companies), then orchestrates chat, email, and ad outreach off those signals.

Skip it if

You just want raw visitor data, because paid plans lock you into annual contracts and the orchestration layer is the reason to pay.

Bottom line

Go-to when you want identification and the automated follow-up motion bundled, not a point tool you have to wire up yourself.

Visit Warmly
Group B

Company-level website de-anonymization

These match anonymous traffic to a company via reverse-IP and identity graphs, telling you which account visited rather than which person.

04

Leadfeeder / Dealfront

4.3 G2 860+ Company-level de-anon (EU)

Best for

European teams that want GDPR-native company identification feeding the CRM.

Pricing (Jun 2026)

Leadfeeder has a free plan for up to 100 identified companies a month and a paid plan from $99/mo that scales with companies identified, while the broader Dealfront platform is sales-quoted and far pricier.

Where it shines

Strong European data coverage, GDPR-native handling, and a free tier to start company-level identification.

Skip it if

You need person-level identity, since reverse-IP only tells you the company, not the individual.

Bottom line

Go-to when your buyers are in the EU and you need company-level visitor ID that holds up to GDPR scrutiny.

Visit Leadfeeder / Dealfront
05

Albacross

4.6 G2 100+ Company-level de-anon (EU)

EU company identification with action attached. Solid European reverse-IP plus light enrichment and built-in outreach, so company signals lead straight into a sequence.

Best for

EU teams that want company ID plus light enrichment and automated outreach in one tool.

Pricing (Jun 2026)

Three annual tiers: Starter €59/mo, Professional €149/mo, and Organisation €375/mo for up to 2,000 companies, with a 14-day trial and only a handful of contact credits on lower tiers.

Where it shines

Solid European reverse-IP coverage with AI segmentation and built-in outreach so company signals lead straight into action.

Skip it if

You run on HubSpot or Salesforce on the Starter tier, which limits CRM integration to Pipedrive until you upgrade.

Bottom line

Go-to when you want EU company identification with enrichment and outreach attached, not just a visitor list.

06

Snitcher

4.8 G2 120+ Company-level de-anon

One plan with every feature included, priced by companies identified: from $49/mo for up to 100 IDs scaling to roughly $299/mo for 1,000 to 2,500 IDs, with a 14-day full-access trial.

Where it shines

No feature gating or per-seat fees, clean GA4 and CRM integration, and pricing that scales only with companies identified.

Skip it if

You expect named individuals, because Snitcher is company-level only despite some listicles mislabeling it.

Bottom line

Go-to when you want straightforward company-level ID with every feature on every plan and no add-on surprises.

Visit Snitcher

Factors.ai

4.5 G2 180+ Company-level de-anon + LinkedIn intent

Company de-anon, LinkedIn intent, and attribution in one ABM platform. The lean pick when you want signals and reporting living in a single workflow rather than separate tools.

Best for

Lean ABM teams that want company de-anon, LinkedIn intent, and attribution together.

Pricing (Jun 2026)

Free forever for up to 200 accounts a month, Basic $399/mo for 3,000 accounts, and Growth $999/mo for 8,000+ accounts, with LinkedIn AdPilot and Interest Groups as paid add-ons ($1,000/mo and $750/mo).

Where it shines

It combines website de-anonymization, LinkedIn ad intent, and attribution, so signals and reporting live in one ABM workflow.

Skip it if

You want the full picture cheaply, since the most useful pieces (LinkedIn AdPilot, deeper segmentation) are paid add-ons on top of the base plan.

Bottom line

Go-to when you run account-based marketing and want intent plus attribution in one lean platform rather than separate tools.

Where it shines

It tracks champions across job changes, layers in 21+ signal types, and adds the Gem-E AI agent to act on them.

Skip it if

You are an early-stage team on a tight budget, because entry pricing and an implementation fee put it firmly in mid-market territory.

Bottom line

Go-to when you have a real CRM of past buyers and champions and the budget to mine them systematically.

How to choose

What should you pick?

Find your situation below and start with the tool next to it. It is a sensible starting point, not the only right answer.

You want named US visitors fast and cheap

Start with RB2B for person-level reveal to Slack, or Warmly if you also want automated follow-up.

Your buyers are in Europe

Use Leadfeeder / Dealfront or Albacross for GDPR-native company-level identification.

You run account-based marketing

Factors.ai gives you company de-anon, LinkedIn intent, and attribution in one lean ABM platform.

You want to feed visitors into paid ads

Vector connects person-level identity to contact-level ad audiences for retargeting.

Your best buyers are former customers and champions

UserGems or Champify track champions through job changes, with Champify favoring Salesforce-native teams.

Your signal is social engagement

Trigify watches LinkedIn activity, while Common Room pulls social together with product and CRM signals.

Putting it together

How to build your stack

It depends on your traffic and your buyers. Three common starting points, and the signal matters more than the logo on the tool.

1
Visitor ID plus outreach

Pair a de-anonymization tool (RB2B or Snitcher) with your sequencer so identified visitors flow straight into outbound.

2
Website plus job-change signals

Run a visitor tool alongside UserGems or LoneScale so you catch both who visits today and who changes roles tomorrow.

3
Signals into orchestration

Route signals from these tools into a platform like Warmly or Common Room to score and act on them in one place.

Want a second pair of hands? We audit setups and run the whole motion for early-stage teams.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What is a buying signal?
A buying signal is any tracked action that suggests a person or company is moving toward a purchase. Common examples are a visit to your pricing page, a champion changing jobs, a company posting a relevant role, or a prospect engaging with a LinkedIn post. The point of signal and intent tools is to catch these moments so you reach out with a reason instead of cold.
What is the difference between person-level and company-level visitor identification?
Company-level identification tells you which account visited, usually by matching the visitor's IP to a company. Person-level identification tells you the individual: name, role, and LinkedIn or email. RB2B, Vector, and Warmly do person-level reveal for US traffic, while Leadfeeder, Albacross, Snitcher, and Factors.ai work at the company level. Person-level coverage is narrower but far more actionable.
How much do signal and intent tools cost?
Prices range widely by category. Website de-anonymization starts cheap, with RB2B free or from $79/mo and Snitcher from $49/mo, while Vector starts at $399/mo. Job-change and champion tracking is pricier: LoneScale starts at $1,000/mo and UserGems at $2,750/mo. Social and multi-source platforms span Trigify at $40/mo up to Common Room around $2,100/mo. Always check the live pricing page, since these tools reprice often.
Is person-level website de-anonymization legal?
It depends on where your visitors are. US-focused tools like RB2B and Vector operate under US privacy rules and resolve identity through consented data networks. In the EU, GDPR makes person-level reveal much harder, which is why European tools like Leadfeeder and Albacross stay at the company level. Match the tool to where your buyers browse from, and review your own consent setup.
Do I need both a website visitor tool and a job-change tracker?
They catch different signals, so many teams run both. A visitor tool tells you who is on your site right now, while a job-change tracker tells you when a known champion lands somewhere new and becomes a fresh opportunity. If you have a strong base of past customers, a champion tracker like UserGems or Champify can be worth as much as visitor ID. If you are early and traffic-poor, start with visitor identification.
Why are some tools missing from this list?
We left out 6sense because it is an enterprise ABM platform that takes months to implement, and Koala because it was acquired by Anysphere and is sunsetting, with users migrating to Common Room. We also skipped HubSpot Breeze Intelligence, which only makes sense if you already run HubSpot, and Leadinfo, a Dealfront-owned EU tool that overlaps Leadfeeder. The goal is the strongest distinct set, not every tool that exists.
