Our slice (that's us)
Real Good GTM
Signal-based, founder-led, month to month. Not for blast volume.
Every agency below is verified on its own site, July 2026. No paid placements, no affiliate links.
Grouped by the job they do best, not ranked. Pricing is the lowest figure each agency publishes on its own site, checked July 2026. Most quote per scope, shown here as "custom."
Details move. Treat this as a July 2026 snapshot and confirm on each agency's own site before you commit.
How we built this list
A practitioner read, not a reposted directory
We verified each agency on its own current site in July 2026: what they run, who they serve, their engagement model, and any pricing they publish. We featured genuine cold email specialists, the ones that own deliverability and list quality, not generalist marketing shops that bolt email on.
We run signal-based cold email ourselves, so the read on each shop comes from knowing the work. Where an agency had no independent review sample we could trust, we left the rating off rather than invent one.
How we built this list
→ Every agency verified on its own current site, July 2026
→ Ratings shown only where a credible independent sample exists, linked and dated
→ No affiliate links, no paid placements, no pay-to-list
→ We publish this list and we are on it. We do not rank ourselves first, and we say where we are not the fit
→ Grouped by fit, not ranked. If a fact could not be verified, we left it out
The real test
Does it protect your domain?
Cold email agencies split on one question that decides everything downstream: are they built to protect your sending reputation, or to push volume until something lands? Two honest models, and neither is always wrong.
Volume-led
They send big, off separate domains
They run high send volume from a fleet of secondary domains and inboxes, warm and rotate them, and treat some domains as disposable. It can fill a pipeline fast when the market is large. Ask how they keep your main domain out of it.
Use it when your TAM is large, your offer is proven, and coverage is the goal.
Signal-led
They send less, to the right accounts
They target on real buying signals, keep volume lower, and lean on copy and timing rather than raw send count. Slower to scale, but easier on deliverability and usually higher reply quality.
Use it when your TAM is smaller, or a warmer-but-fewer motion beats a blast.
The through-line
There is a second axis worth checking: what you keep. Some agencies run everything on their own infrastructure, so the sending stops when the retainer does. Ask any agency here two things: how do you protect our main domain, and are you built on signals or on volume?

They build the sending infrastructure and run the campaigns end to end, with deliverability as the core discipline. The pick when you want the whole cold-email motion run for you.
01
ColdIQ
Remote · EU/USFull-service
One of the most visible outbound brands in the category and a Clay Elite Studio partner, running full-service revenue engines with deep email infrastructure, built and run for you.
Best for
Post-PMF B2B tech that wants a done-for-you cold email and outbound engine run end to end.
Model & pricing (Jul 2026)
Monthly retainer, three-month minimum, quoted per scope. The done-for-you tier is gated to roughly $100k/mo revenue and up.
Where they're strong
Deep Clay and outbound expertise, a large content and teardown library, and full-stack coverage across email infrastructure, outbound, and LinkedIn ads.
Consider elsewhere if
You are pre-revenue or want month-to-month terms. The done-for-you tier starts above seed and asks for a three-month commit.
Bottom line
The category's most established full-service shop. Out of range, and overkill, for a first seed cold-email test.
A cold-email lead-gen agency built on signal-based targeting plus fully managed deliverability infrastructure, domains, inboxes, warmup, and monitoring, run as a done-for-you system.
Best for
B2B teams that want signal-based, deliverability-first cold email embedded into their sales process.

Monthly retainer, quoted per scope. Not published; offers a free GTM audit. Clutch lists most projects in the $10k to $49k range.

Intent and signal-based targeting paired with managed deliverability infrastructure across many markets.

A B2B SaaS outbound agency that engineers email infrastructure and deliverability first, then routes each prospect to email or LinkedIn within a fixed 60-day cycle.
Best for
B2B SaaS and agency teams that want a deliverability-first program measured in qualified meetings, not send volume.
Model & pricing (Jul 2026)
Retainer with published tiers, no setup fees or contracts. Cold email from $4,000 a month, scaling by lead volume.
Where they're strong
Deliverability engineering, with reported inbox placement around 83% for senders in the 50k to 500k emails a month range.
Consider elsewhere if
You want cold calling in the mix or a sub-$4k entry point.
Bottom line
The pick when inbox placement is the constraint and you measure success in meetings.
A B2B outbound agency that builds and operates full outbound-to-revenue systems, infrastructure, copy, and multi-channel campaigns, on its own ScaledMail sending stack.
Best for
Startups that have proven their offer and want operators to build the infrastructure and start sending fast.

A large, integrated outsourced sales and marketing agency that builds and runs SDR and inside-sales teams plus demand generation for B2B companies. Cold email sits inside a broader managed program that also runs cold calling.
Best for
Small and mid-size B2B companies with product-market fit and budget for a premium, fully-managed SDR plus demand-gen partner across industries.
Model & pricing (Jul 2026)
Fully-managed retainer, scoped by number of SDRs, channels, and added services. Pricing not published; they offer an SDR cost calculator instead.

A full-service motion across SDR outbound, appointment setting, paid, SEO, content, and RevOps, with a long track record since 2011.
Consider elsewhere if
You want a founder-led boutique, published pricing, or a pure cold-email specialist. This is a 200-plus-person agency, and it runs cold calling as well as email.
Bottom line
A premium, full-service managed shop when cold email is one channel inside a bigger SDR and demand-gen program.
A B2B outbound and GTM agency that builds and runs multichannel prospecting, cold email and LinkedIn at the core, executed with AI, automation, and Clay workflows, so teams scale pipeline without hiring an in-house BDR team.
Best for
B2B SaaS, B2B services firms, agencies, and enterprises that want outbound run for them rather than staffing BDRs.
Model & pricing (Jul 2026)
Done-for-you managed service, scoped via a call. Pricing and minimums not published.
Where they're strong
Multichannel execution across cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS, with CRM integration into HubSpot and Salesforce and Clay-driven workflows.
Consider elsewhere if

A done-for-you multichannel option when you want cold email run inside a wider outbound motion.
Built to run high-volume cold email with the deliverability infrastructure to survive it. The pick when coverage is the job and there is already revenue to justify the spend.
07
Growth Engine X
New Jersey, USHigh-volume cold email
Cold-email deliverability at real scale, over eight million sends a month, run by one of the most-followed voices in Clay and outbound.
Best for
Teams past about $1M in revenue that want an aggressive, high-volume cold email engine built and managed.
Model & pricing (Jul 2026)
A free test campaign, then a managed retainer quoted per scope. Not published.
Where they're strong
Elite deliverability and domain infrastructure at volume, a Clay Elite Studio partner pedigree, and a free test that de-risks the start.
Consider elsewhere if
You are pre-revenue or seed with no sales motion yet. They screen for $1M+ revenue and an existing system to build on.
Bottom line
The pick when volume and deliverability are the job, and there is already revenue to justify it.
Smaller, senior teams that win on personalization and precision, not send volume. The pick when a sharp, well-researched list beats a blast and reply quality matters more than raw coverage.
08
Salesbread
United StatesBoutique
A boutique agency running ultra-personalized, manual outbound on LinkedIn and cold email, built around a promise of one qualified lead a day.
Best for
Smaller B2B teams and startups selling higher-ticket offers who want quality over volume.
Model & pricing (Jul 2026)
Month-to-month retainer, published around $2,000 to $3,000 a month, with premium data tools included.
Where they're strong
Deep manual personalization and high reply rates on a deliberately low-volume model, with a leads-or-money-back guarantee.
Consider elsewhere if
You need high-volume sending or same-week onboarding. It is boutique and low-volume by design.
Bottom line
A sharp choice when a few well-researched conversations beat a big send.
An AI-powered, Clay-based lead-acquisition agency that builds, tests, and scales outbound "that does the work of 5 SDRs," primarily cold email with inbox warmup plus LinkedIn, using 30-plus data sources and intent signals.
Best for
Founder-led, product-led, or small sales teams that want to add, test, and scale outbound without hiring SDRs.
Model & pricing (Jul 2026)
Managed outbound with a low-commitment test drive and a roughly two-week proof of concept, then ongoing new prospects each month. Pricing not published.
Where they're strong
A Clay-native, AI-personalization-forward build on many data sources, with a low-commitment test drive that de-risks the start. No calling.
Consider elsewhere if
You want published pricing or an independent review sample. It is a Clay Solutions Partner, not a top-tier one, with limited public proof.
Bottom line
A seed-friendly, Clay-native pick when you want AI-personalized cold email tested before you commit.
Smaller or more flexible engagements: a founder-led signal-based team, pay-per-meeting pricing, or a multi-channel program. The pick at seed and early stage, or when you want to pay for outcomes.

Real Good GTM (that's us)
Paris · US/EuropeFounder-led · signal-based
The two of us run signal-based outbound, cold email and LinkedIn, for seed to early Series A startups across the US and Europe. You get booked pipeline plus a clear read on what to scale, and you keep everything we build.
Best for
Seed to early Series A founders still close to their own sales who want founders on the account, not a junior pod.
Model
A two-month start, then month to month, no lock-in. Signals over lists, built per segment. Pricing is custom, scoped on a fit check.
Where we're strong
Founder-led delivery, signal-based rather than list-based cold email, and a live learning document on what actually converts and who really buys.
Not for you if
You need blast-volume sending, guaranteed meeting counts, cold calling, or a big SDR team. That is not us.
Straight talk
We are the right call for a specific slice, not everyone on this list. If cold email is not right for you yet, we will say so on the call.
A boutique, results-priced cold-email agency for B2B and SaaS that runs small, highly personalized campaigns and prices its work on outcomes rather than volume or retainer.
Best for
Founders and small B2B, SaaS, or services teams that want low-volume, high-personalization outbound and prefer to pay per meeting or lead.
Model & pricing (Jul 2026)
Pay-per-result: they charge for outcomes, not volume, with no long contract and a 30-day money-back guarantee. A public example tier is $999 for 6 meetings booked a month. Confirm current terms directly.
Where they're strong
Deep personalization from psychographic research and small curated lists, deliberately avoiding ZoomInfo-style bulk data, with pricing that shifts risk off the buyer.
Consider elsewhere if
You want a large team or a deep, consistent public review sample. It is a very small shop, and its homepage now blends the pay-per-meeting story with a broader "we also close deals" pitch.
Bottom line
A pay-per-result pick when you want personalized cold email and would rather pay for meetings than activity.
A cold email agency runs done-for-you outbound email. It sets up the sending infrastructure of domains, inboxes, warmup, and authentication, builds and enriches target lists, writes and tests the copy, sends the campaigns, and manages deliverability and replies so meetings land on your calendar. The stronger ones treat deliverability and list quality as the core of the work, not an afterthought, because that is what decides whether your email is seen at all.
How much does a cold email agency cost?
Most work on a monthly retainer that is quoted per scope rather than published. Where prices are public, OneAway and Beanstalk Consulting start around $4,000 a month, Salesbread runs roughly $2,000 to $3,000 a month, and Pearl Lemon Leads lists cold email from about 2,497 pounds a month. Some, like Leadbird, price on a pay-per-meeting basis instead of a flat retainer. Hyper-personalized enterprise programs such as Leadable start higher, around $10,000 and up. Always confirm the current number on the agency's own site.
How is a cold email agency different from an SDR agency?
A cold email agency is built around one channel, outbound email, and the deliverability infrastructure behind it, so its edge is inbox placement, copy, and list quality. An outsourced SDR agency staffs reps who also call and work LinkedIn, and you pay largely for their activity across channels. Many cold email specialists now add LinkedIn, and many SDR shops send email, so the real question is which channel and skill sits at the center of the work.
Will a cold email agency hurt my main domain reputation?
It can, if it sends high volume off your primary domain without protecting it. The careful shops send from separate domains and inboxes, warm them properly, authenticate with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and watch inbox placement so your main domain stays clean. Ask any agency exactly how they protect your primary domain before you sign, and treat a vague answer as a reason to walk.
How many meetings will a cold email agency book?
No honest agency can promise a fixed number, because volume, deliverability, your offer, and your market all move the result. Be wary of guaranteed meeting counts, which usually mean high-volume sending that can burn your domain, or a loose definition of a qualified meeting. A better sign is an agency that shows you its process, its deliverability, and real reply examples, and is clear about what it does not control.
Should an early-stage startup hire a cold email agency?
It depends on whether you have found a repeatable message yet. If you have a live product, a reachable ICP, and a rough sense of what resonates, a cold email agency can build the system faster than you can alone. If you are still guessing at your ICP and offer, a boutique, signal-based, or founder-led team that tests and learns with you fits better than a high-volume shop optimizing for send count. At seed, look for low commitment and month-to-month terms.
