The choice is mostly about whether you need the data in the tool, not a feature count. Here is how we'd call it in three situations.
If data is sorted and you want clean sending, the flat per-seat price, warmup on every tier and fast, well-supported setup make it the simpler call.
Finding and verifying inside the tool from a 500M-plus database, plus a real free trial, saves a separate data tool early on. Just watch the credit meter.
