LeadMagic vs Datagma
Both are pay-per-result email and data finders, not databases, so the real question is which one fits your data and your stack. LeadMagic is API-first and strongest on US emails; Datagma leads on French and EU mobile numbers. Here is how they compare on accuracy, coverage, pricing, and reviews.

What real users say
Public review scores and the themes that come up most, checked June 2026. Counts drift, so the live links are the source of truth.
LeadMagic
Praised for: data accuracy on emails, strong value against ZoomInfo and Apollo at low to mid volume, and a clean developer experience with a fast API and MCP support.
Watch-outs: inconsistent mobile-number accuracy, billing and cancellation friction, and slow support for some users.
Datagma
Praised for: mobile and phone accuracy in France and the EU, ease of use and quick integration, and good value with a generous verified-email allowance.
Watch-outs: a weaker email finder, a confusing credit and pricing structure, and a single-source model with no waterfall fallback to backfill gaps.
Read the scores in context. Both scores rest on small G2 samples, LeadMagic on 18 reviews and Datagma on 5, so read them as directional rather than settled. We show only G2 because it is the one platform with a real base for each. Let the live links be the source of truth, and weigh the themes alongside the numbers.
Where each one actually wins
Six things separate these tools in practice. Here is the honest call on each.
Email accuracy
Edge: splitEmail is LeadMagic's strong suit. It claims 97% deliverability accuracy on its finder and charges only on a valid return, and reviewers single out email accuracy as a reason they switched from heavier tools. Datagma also finds verified emails with a generous allowance, but its email finder is widely seen as its weaker side. For US email work LeadMagic tends to lead; Datagma still does the job in the EU.
Mobile and phone coverage
Edge: dependsThis is the clearest regional split. Datagma's mobile finder is its standout, praised for French and EU accuracy, billed at 30 credits a number. LeadMagic finds mobiles at 5 credits each, billed only on success, and is generally stronger on US coverage, though some users find its mobile accuracy inconsistent. For EU phones go Datagma; for US phones LeadMagic is the safer bet.
Developer experience, API and MCP
Edge: LeadMagicLeadMagic is built API-first, with a fast API, good docs, a CLI, and an MCP server for AI agents, plus more than 15 enrichment endpoints. Datagma also ships an API on every plan with Zapier and Make, but it is positioned more for the end user than the builder. If you are wiring data into agents or a custom stack, LeadMagic is the more natural home.
EU, GDPR and buying signals
Edge: DatagmaDatagma is a French company with strong GDPR and EU coverage, no stored database, and live extraction at request time, and it leads with job-change and new-hire detection as a buying signal. LeadMagic has a job-change detector too, but it is US-focused. For EU data, a GDPR-first stance, and timing on people moving roles, Datagma fits better.
Pricing and credit model
Edge: splitEntry prices match at $49 and $99 a month, and both bill per result, but the credit math diverges. A mobile is 5 credits on LeadMagic and 30 on Datagma, and LeadMagic's email-to-profile runs 10 credits, so cost depends on your workflow. Reviewers call both credit structures confusing, so model your real volume before you commit either way.
Free plan
Edge: DatagmaDatagma keeps a standing free plan with 90 emails and 3 mobiles a month, so you can test it on real lists for free, indefinitely. LeadMagic offers a one-time 100-credit trial with no card, which is enough to evaluate but not to run on. If a permanent free tier matters to you, Datagma has it.

What each one costs in 2026
Verified from each official pricing page in June 2026. Read the credit model, not just the headline number.
LeadMagic
USD / pay-per-result- Basic
24,000 credits a year, unlimited seats$49/mo - Essential
60,000 credits a year, most popular$99/mo - Growth
240,000 credits a year; Professional and Ultimate above$249/mo
Free 100-credit trial, no card. Annual billing saves about two months. Per result: email 1 credit, mobile 5, email-to-profile 10. Enterprise is custom, billed upfront by the quarter.
Datagma
USD / pay-per-result- Regular
3,000 emails and 100 mobiles a month, 10 seats$49/mo - Popular
7,500 emails and 250 mobiles a month$99/mo - Expert
22,500 emails and 750 mobiles a month$249/mo
Free plan with 90 emails and 3 mobiles a month. Annual billing is about 20% lower. 1 credit is 1 email, 30 credits is 1 mobile. All paid plans include API access and a WhatsApp integration. Enterprise is custom.
True cost at scale. The headline prices match, but the credit math bites differently. On LeadMagic a mobile costs 5 credits and email-to-profile costs 10, so a phone-heavy or profile-heavy workflow burns credits fast, and volume discounts only arrive at the $499 to $849 tiers. On Datagma the 30-credits-per-phone model is the trap: Expert's 22,500 emails is only about 750 mobiles, there are no self-serve top-ups, and on annual plans unused credits reset rather than roll over.
What neither tool does well
Both are pay-per-result finders, so they share the same blind spots. Worth knowing before you expect either to carry your whole motion.
Neither is a large searchable database like Apollo or ZoomInfo. You bring the list of people you want; they return the contact data.
Each is single-source, so coverage has holes. A true waterfall that queries many providers would backfill what one finder misses.
Neither sends your outreach or tells you which accounts are in-market right now. That is targeting and sending, not finding.

Our take, after running both
This is really about your data and your stack, not a feature count. Here is how we'd call it in three situations.
Strong US email accuracy, mobiles at 5 credits, and a developer-grade API with a CLI and MCP make it the cleaner fit for builders.
French and EU mobile accuracy, job-change signals, a WhatsApp integration, and a no-database model fit EU-heavy, phone-led teams.
Both return data, neither decides who to call or sends the outreach. For full coverage many teams run a waterfall, and the targeting is on you, or on us.
Not sure which fits? We run signal-based outbound for early-stage teams and will tell you straight.
